I'm working out now 6-7 days a week doing about 45 minutes with weights and 45 minutes cardio. I want to change up my workout to build more muscle, I've still got a bit of fat to lose too, but not too much. What I want to know is, when I change it up to focusing more on weights should I still do them daily, and should I do less cardio? I've heard too much will inhibit muscle growth.
