		<description>You could buy a pull up bar.  They are pretty cheap around $15.  Then do pull ups and chin ups.  These are great back and arm exercises.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m not sure if building up your lats/rear delts/lower back is going to make your spine stick out less.  I&#039;d guess only fat will do that.

I don&#039;t care how high your metabolism is, if you eat more then you use (and use includes growth) you gain fat.  Period.</description>

		<description>The absolute best excercise to build a wide and strong back is pull-ups.  Very old school, no equipment really needed.  Wide grip is the best for building the &#039;V&#039; shape.  Another good excercise is bent over rows.  Using a barbell or dumbells you stand with your back bent at nearly a 90deg angle.  You pull the bar from the ground with your back towards your stomach.  You can find articles on-line about proper explanation, but those 2 are tops for a great back.</description>
