wait, did she just say “in my early 30s”? Wow, you are a good example of what this type of eating can do. With all that smoking and junk food and being at least in your late 30s, you would expect to look older. You look really well. Thanks for this info

I’ve increased my calories and that is helping. I wasn’t eating enough and it didn’t register until I went on nutridiary, put in the foods I ate for the day and saw that my calories were not enough for someone my height.
