you should eat diffrent types of meat but dont eat too much becuase youll be WAY lazy also if your trying to lift wieght search online to see and online daily basis on eating that should try and make you nice and healthy and not to lazy
see a nutritionist for expert advice….i am seeing one and it has helped tremendously
