First off let's just face it there are some people who are naturally bigger and more muscular then us that's a fact. There are people who can gain weight faster then us that's a fact. Skinny people can gain weight to that's a fact. Now it may be harder but it is definitely possible, but first you need to put yourself in one of the three categories.
1.) Ectomorph: Do you have a naturally thin body, and seem to never gain weight.
2.) Mesomorph: Do you gain muscle quickly almost without trying.
3.) Endomorph: Do You have a thick body and have more fat than muscle.
Now if you're a mesomorph and gaining muscle weight comes easy to you then why are you reading this article. This article is dedicated to all my skinny people, because I myself was skinny. First off let's take the myth out that gaining weight as a bad thing rather gaining fat is a bad thing. Would you rather weight 215 of muscle or 150 pounds of fat. I don't know about you but I'd rather weight 215 pounds of muscle. A little under last year i was 6 feet tall and 130 pounds. I really hated the way I looked so I started changing a few things how that did not help me.
1. I started to eat big meal all day long (Wrong)
2. I started to lift weight everyday single day. (Wrong)
3. I cut back on the amount of water I drank. (Wrong)
What you need to know is for one lifting weights all day long can only hurt your goal of gaining weight. Drinking a lot of water can only help you when gaining weight, and eating meals all day long is not the right way to accomplish your goal of gaining weight and building a better body.
