Ripped Biceps
Hi! Hopefully you’ve stumbled across my humble site in the hopes of finding some good workout tips and eating plans to help you achieve some of your fitness goals, ripped biceps included. I hope to share some of the information I’ve picked up over the years as well as try to dispel some of the more common “gym myths” that we’ve all come across (or will come across) in our lives.
So why ripped biceps? I’ll be the first to admit it; ripped biceps shouldn’t be the only thing you’re worried about when you’re working out at the gym. Doing so will cause you to look slightly ridiculous as you overdevelop your upper body while leaving your lower body neglected. You see in a lot of guys in the gym and sometimes it’s downright comical to see these big, hulking dudes stumbling around on tiny chicken legs. So don’t be that guy.
But, ripped biceps are an easily recognizable and attainable goal. And while it’s pretty easy to get big looking arms, it really take some work and full body dedication to get some shredded looking arms that look awesome in a t-shirt. Besides, what body part are girls most likely to grab up on when they first meet you?
Now while having a goal like “get ripped biceps” isn’t a superbly ideal one, it is definitely something that is very motivating. You know immediately when you look in the mirror if you’re making progress. It is also a very emotional goal for most guys because having a nice set of arms helps us feel good on so many levels; we feel strong, we feel great about or bodies and we feel more attractive. So again, while not exactly a perfect goal to have, it is a very powerful motivator.
So please, I hope you find a lot of good information on my site. I really encourage anyone and everyone to contact me with questions and comments, especially if you disagree with something I say. I know a lot when it comes to diet and exercise, but it’s always great to keep expanding my knowledge base and the best way to do that is interacting with other people.
Enjoy and good luck to your journey of getting ripped biceps!
